Processing & Delivery

Orders placed on business days ship the same or next business day from our US warehouse. Tracking is emailed when the label is created. Stock badges on product pages reflect live warehouse inventory — anything shown in stock ships without backorder delay. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination; most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Age Verification & Adult Signature

All orders are for adults 21+ only. Carriers require an adult signature (21+) on delivery in many states, and orders may require age verification before shipping. Deliveries cannot be left unattended where signature is required — plan for someone 21 or older to be available.

State Restrictions

We ship to most US states. Flavored vapor products cannot be shipped to New York per state law, and a small number of other jurisdictions restrict vapor deliveries. If your state cannot be served, checkout will not complete for that address. We do not ship internationally.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped at the buyer's shipping cost. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, email support@fogger-vape.com with your order number within 7 days and we will open a carrier trace.
