Which fogger should I start with?
Occasional vaper or first device: the Bit 35K — sealed, OLED readout, nothing to manage. Daily vaper: the Switch Pro 30K kit, because replacement pods at $16.99 undercut rebuying complete devices within your first few cycles. If a specific flavor is the deciding factor, check which platform carries it on the flavors list first — the two menus only partly overlap.
Do you ship fogger vapes to my state?
We ship within the US on business days wherever state law allows, with adult-signature delivery — someone 21 or older signs at the door, and no orders ship to PO boxes. Flavored tobacco products are not shipped to the State of New York. If your state restricts flavored vape shipments, checkout will not accept the order.
How do I know the fogger I receive is genuine?
Stock here ships from a US warehouse tied to the live inventory shown on every device page — the same feed, not a marketplace. On arrival you can run the four-point check from the authenticity guide: Foger spelling on the box, model matching the real two-device lineup, flavor on the full menu, 5% strength.
What if my fogger arrives defective?
Contact us at support@fogger-vape.com with your order number and a short video of the fault — dead on arrival, no readout on the cable after 30 minutes (see the charging checklist first), or a fresh pod that won't fire after a contact clean. Verified defects are replaced per the return policy; don't open the device, which ends any claim and is unsafe with a lithium cell.
Why is my fogger order taking longer than expected?
Adult-signature carriers run a day or two slower than ordinary parcels and require someone 21+ present — a missed signature attempt is the most common delay. Orders placed on weekends leave with the next business-day dispatch. Your shipping confirmation email carries the tracking link with the live status.
Can I return an opened fogger?
