Return Policy

Defective Devices

Genuine manufacturing defects — dead on arrival, no draw activation, screen failure — are replaced. Email support@fogger-vape.com with your order number, the device model and a short video of the fault. Before writing in, run the two checks that resolve most reported cases: swap the USB-C cable, and use the rapid triple-press reset. Replacement claims should be made within 30 days of delivery.

Unopened Products

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact support@fogger-vape.com for the return address before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the buyer; refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price, less original shipping, once the return is received and inspected.

What Cannot Be Returned

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used vapor products cannot be returned unless defective. Flavor preference is not a defect — if you're unsure which flavor suits you, the flavor notes on each product page and the flavor guide exist for exactly that decision.

Wrong Item Received

If you received a different product than ordered, email support@fogger-vape.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We correct our mistakes at our cost, including return postage where needed.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the shipping label is created. Once a tracking number exists, the order is in carrier hands and follows the return process above instead.
